Nah, man, with a few exceptions, Arthur's still at the "doesn't really like most Atlanteans" point. Also, he's only half Fishman, so....points?

I mean, being only HALF Fishman is a point in the column of 'like Namor, the arrogant bastard' but he's chill with that.

Arthur is only arrogant about the whole 'can dodge bullets and getting shot doesn't hurt anyway' thing. He defended humanity against the whole "let's just kill them all" agenda of his brother. Who is and shall ever be a huge tool.

They can definitely hang. Maybe Tommy won't be as intimidated by him as Barry was. Barry...was a kid who jumped if you said 'boo'.
