June Announcements, Election Results and an apology..
Announcements.
So first of all, let me apologize for this being a bit delayed, last night in the wake of everything going on in America right now, I decided that the Nightmare for this month (that has been planned for since the last one which might have been eighty-four years at this point. Whew, 2020) isn't appropriate for a plot and is too high stress and close for some people with what's happening right now. So, instead I decided to think about it some more and see how I felt about it this morning. I feel like I made the right call, so instead of the nightmare for this month, we're going to be going with a memory share. No theme, just please keep in mind the world around you and how difficult it might be for your fellow players right now.
As always, warn for any sensitive subjects in your post. As of June 2020, "canon typical violence" is no long an acceptable warning because it presumes that everyone knows everyone else's canons when people might not. Instead, please warn for what that sort of violence is.
Election results!
Per the election post here with 30 characters either voting or abstaining the vote tallies were as follows:
Rhy Maresh: 11 votes (40.7%)
Wanda Maximoff: 7 votes (25.9%)
Loki: 0 votes (0%)
Richard Strand: 9 votes (33.3%) So congratulations to Rhy! Laurie will be making a post tonight announcing this ICly!

Memory Share FAQ
What's the timeline of this event?
This is a month long event that should start on the first. I'm not enforcing this, but I think spreading it out could be helpful. After all, it is an event and we won't have a plot log that goes up on the 13th! How should these be written?
People can write their memories however they'd like. I did mine like I did as a style post, and because that's how I've done similar things before Max as an example! (CW for the loss of a child and a partner) Where should these go?
All memory share posts should go in the Network community as they are broadcast through the network from the person whose memory they are. Is my character actually physically in the memory and can they interact with the memory itself?
In a word: no. These memories are things that they are watching through the experience of the person who's memory has already happened. It's like seeing a recording that feels very real. However, there isn't anything that they can personal do within it. These are things that have already happened to the character and are fixed points. So how does my character respond to the memories that were posted.
They would respond to them as if they were a message. So for example someone might say "you're broadcasting." or "I'm so sorry that happened!" Or "what the fuck dude?!" or "wow you were an adorable kid and an asshole even then huh?" The fun comes in response to what characters learn about each other and how that opens up new or existing CR. Do I have to do one of these, and if so does it have to be on a theme?
Nope! These are entirely optional and open to any character who you want to have one. They can be on whatever you want them to be on! Themes may come in at a later date, but for now go nuts! Are there any things that shouldn't specifically be done?
I'd say things with rape and sexual assault really aren't appropriate here, but if you think there might be triggers involved, stick it under a cut and warn for them.
Nope! Once they're on there, they're there. However, you can choose if your character interacts with people around them or not. But remember that the reason that you're doing them is for CR and stuff so that may be something to think about!
Yep. Three points per comment. The actual post and the comments will also count for AC. How should these be warned for? Posts should be warned for any sensitive subjects in generalized ways. As of June 2020, the warning of "canon typical violence" is no longer an acceptable warning. "Canon typical violence" assumes that every player in the game has a familiarity with every canon. Our canons are varied and vast and for most people this is probably unlikely. Instead, using a generalized definition of what the violence actually is is a better way to do this. Please remember that it's better to warn for too much than it is for too little, and to respect that this is a very difficult time for a lot of people in the world right now. RP is an escapist hobby, and I'd like the game to be as safe for people as it can possibly be. Thank you.

Can these posts be erased from the network?

Responding to these counts for bonus AC, right?
