+1 Deryni King

Hey I'm Kara and I'm bringing in Kelson Haldane from the very little known Deryni books. If you happen to be one of the very few familiar, great! If not, think of them like Catholic Game of Thrones. Kelson's a sweet teenage boy-king  who has seen more than his fair share due to the fact that people can be horrible, bigoted power hungry jerks who just can't keep their opinions and armies to themselves.

He's 12th century so, you all might have to explain to him what a stove and toilet are. And electricity.

I'm glad you believe me. Otherwise I might have to turn 45 degrees to take a picture. Husband literally asked 'wait, are you sure you're that close?' and I reached up and pulled down the Harrowing of Gwynedd. So yeah, you've got someone not canon-blind around.

LOL I love that you're literally that close to the books! I'm afraid to touch mine, they've been so well loved! I downloaded the kindle and audio versions to my phone though (....Morgan for some reason sounds like a 6 pack a day smoker in Histories, FYI). I totally get it :D I've never played with anyone who knows the material before! I'd love to know what you think of my Kelson!
