11callsSo, it's probably not escaped anyone's notice but COVID and everything surrounding it have really seemed to hit the game and it's engagement levels hard. I've definitely both contributed to this and been affected by it as well. As we look to another month, I find myself having some questions and wondering what you guys want from Sphere. So, I'm making this poll that will close on August first.
The way I see it, we can go a few ways right now.
1. The game stays exactly as is, complete with the AC requirements and August brings a new plot. This is basically what it says on the tin. Everything stays the same, a plot update and a log will go up on the first with AC and we'll go from there. The plot for August will involve domes disappearing and characters will be required to work for their return.
2. The game goes into a sandbox format with little to no moderation. This would mean that people can keep playing within the setting as long as they want. Want to do constant memory shares or constant nightmares or whatever? Go for it. Not putting triggering stuff on the network would still be enforced, and anyone banned from the game would also be banned from playing in the sandbox. There would be no application limitations or requirements, no AC just you guys having fun with the setting.
3. The game goes into endgame with the intention of it actually ending.Yep, what it sounds like. A two month or so period for folks to wrap up what it is that they want to do with their CR before the Sphere sends them home. This would include actual interaction with the Sphere, and the end of what brought your characters here in the first place.
4. The game just ends August second full stop. The game closes August 2nd.
