A Note on Applications.

With the August plot ramping up, and the way that the single remaining dome is due to lose the power and air filtration on the 31st, August 29th is when apps are going to close. They will be closed for the month of September and will reopen in October. Additionally any apped characters must be introed by August 30th.

The reason for this is a simple in game reason: if there's no power in the Sphere, the Sphere can't bring anyone in. Also, as an early announcement for the September part of the plot, any characters dropped then they are not sent home. They are dead in game for September and then will be considered sent home when the plots end.
